One way to notice how a person feels is through checking their breathing pattern. Try being conscious of your own breathing. When you feel relaxed, your breathing is slower and more even.  Meanwhile, a person who is under stress usually takes small, shallow breaths, and prolonging this can make the anxiety even worse.  And constant stress – may it be physical or mental stress or both – will eventually lead to fatigue.  Good thing learning how to control your breathing helps in improving someone’s mood.
Deep breathing is a great way to help you control stress, especially when you are in the middle of a dilemma. And one good thing about it is you can practice it by yourself! It is very simple, actually. First, you need to find a quiet place where no one will bother you. Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a serene place just like the riverside or the beach. Then, take a deep breath through your nose for 10 seconds, then breathe out through your mouth. Repeat this process until you feel yourself calming down.

Most of us grew up believing that 8 hours of sleep per night is ideal.
