Family history

Not drinking enough water
Being dehydrated increases your chances of developing kidney stones. Siguraduhin na sapat ang tubig na iniimon mo every day, especially if you live in a tropical country and/or sweat often. -
Obesity
Those with a high body mass index or BMI have an increased risk of forming kidney stones. Make sure to exercise regularly to keep your weight at a balanced, healthy level. -
Eating food that’s high in protein, sodium and sugar

Digestive diseases and other medical conditions
Having the following conditions may increase your risk: renal tubular acidosis, cystinuria, hyperparathyroidism, inflammatory bowel disease or chronic diarrhea.
