Hera Balance tablets contain 500 mg of Maca Root (Lepidium meyenii Walp).

Ideally, take one (1) tablet of Hera Balance orally once a day, or as recommended by a doctor.

In case you miss a dose, just take the next dose on your usual schedule. Avoid doubling your dosage of Hera Balance tablets.

• Endometriosis (wherein the type of tissue that normally forms on the uterus’ lining is outside of it)

• Uterine fibroids (benign [not cancerous] growths that develop from the uterus’ muscle tissue)

• Blood-thinning medicines like warfarin (maca contains high amounts of vitamin K like other plants in the Brasicacea family)

• Antidepressants

• Blood pressure medicines (maca can act as a stimulant and trigger blood pressure)

The maca root in Hera Balance appears to be well-tolerated. No side effects were reported in clinical studies that used up to 3 g of maca root daily for 12 weeks.
