Product Usage Direction
The recommended dose for Livantro® is one (1) capsule daily with or without food, or as recommended by a doctor.
Store Livantro® capsules at room temperature not exceeding 30°C. Keep the product away from direct light and moisture, and out of reach and sight of children.

Each Livantro® capsule contains 250mg Green Tea (Camellia sinensis) extract, 100mg Clam (Corbicula fluminea) extract, 70mg Taurine, and 50mg Antrodia cinnamomea.
Take one (1) capsule of Livantro® daily with or without food, or as recommended by your doctor.
If you miss a dose, just take the next dose of Livantro® at the usual recommended schedule. Do not double the dose.
Consult your doctor if you have taken more than the recommended dosage for Livantro®
There is no information regarding overdose with this product. However, some of the individual components in Livantro® may be unsafe when consumed at these amounts:

Green tea: More than 750 mg daily

Clam extract: More than 1,200 mg daily
As for taurine, doses above 2,000 mg seem to be well-tolerated, while no treatment-related adverse effect was observed at 4000 mg/kg BW for Antrodia cinnamomea.
Please consult your doctor if you are taking any medications or with medical conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding. Those with known sensitivity or allergy to any ingredient in the product must use this with care as it might trigger allergic reactions.

To date, there are no studies or information regarding interaction of this product with other medications and supplements.
However, green tea and taurine might have moderate interactions with antibiotics, anticoagulants, antiplatelet drugs, and medications that lower blood pressure. As always, consult a doctor before taking Livantro®, especially if you are already taking any medications.
Livantro® is generally safe and well-tolerated by the body, but green tea may cause stomach upset and constipation when taken in excess. As such, this supplement should be taken following recommended dosage. It is best to consult your doctor before taking Livantro® or any supplement.
